Inkling Boy (Splatoon)

The Inkling Boy figure is a character figure available in the Splatoon collection of amiibo figures. It was released on May 29th 2015 alongside Splatoon, Inkling Girl amiibo and Inkling Squid amiibo.

Compatibility[]

The Splatoon series Inkling Boy amiibo figure is supported in games which are compatible with all amiibo. However, only the games listed here have functionality specific to this amiibo. As Inkling Boy is a variant of Inkling, games listed that don't have specific functionality for this character will instead recognise this amiibo as a Inkling amiibo.

You can also save your preferred gear and player settings to the amiibo, and scanning this amiibo with data registered from another game (such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate) will unlock the amiibo gear immediately.

Appearance[]

Inkling Boy is a male with tied-up, long, dark blue hair. He is wearing a white short-sleeved t-shirt with a grey undershirt (Zink Layered LS), and a pair of dark shorts. He is also wearing purple and yellow shoes (Purple Hi-Horse). Inkling Boy is holding a Splattershot, which is filled with ink the same colour as his hair.

Offical Description[]

Inkling boys hail from the city of Inkopolis in the game Splatoon. They crave team-based competition and love to customize their gear before participating in the hottest sport in town, Turf War! Their hobbies include making messes, rocking the latest fashions, dancing, and spoiling the nefarious plans of their evil octopus archrivals, the Octarians! Like a boss!
