Boo is a figure in the second Wave of the Super Mario line of Amiibo. It will be released on North America on November 4th, 2016 and on Europe on November 7th, 2016. The figure is unique for being the only glow-in-the-dark figure.
Description[]
These shy spirits inhabit Mario's world and have been known to vanish or freeze when met face-to-face. In recent years, they seem to have overcome their fears in order to pursue tennis and other social activities. They usually appear in groups and fly in formation. From time to time, giant Boos make surprise appearances![1]

The Super Mario series Boo amiibo figure is supported in games which are compatible with all amiibo. However, only the games listed here have functionality specific to this amiibo.
